Do you shoot weddings all year around?
Yes I do! It is possible to take a lot of beautiful pictures, it’s all about the light and location. And warm coats if it’s really cold. And I have always back up plans if it is not possible to shoot outside.
When should I book?
It doesn’t matter if it’s 6 months, one year or two years from now. Soon as possible is always best.
How does it work with traveling expenses?
All travel expenses are covered in my wedding packages! This is only in United Kingdom. I want to make it hassle free for my brides and grooms. And no surprise when you get your invoice from me. If you are getting married outside of UK, I will give you a quote how much the travel and accommodations will be.
What happens if you get serious sick or injured?
It have never happened but if it would – I have a lot of good connections with other wedding photographers that is in the same price range as me and similar style when it comes to wedding pictures. That is in worst case scenario.
How long does it take until we get our wedding pictures?
I have a span of 4 weeks to deliver your wedding pictures. The pictures will be fully edited and delivered in an online album that last for 5 years!
Can we add an extra hour for the wedding on the actual wedding day?
Yes you can! For 1 extra hour is 100 pounds and 100 more pictures for your wedding album!
What happens in a wedding meeting? Do we need to choose you because we are going for a wedding meeting?
No, you don’t have to book me for your wedding date when we have the wedding meeting, I understand that sometimes you want to meet the person and talk about the wedding and see if everything clicks! (no pun intended!
I’m always down to meet for a coffee/tea and answer all your questions. Sometimes it is not possible to meet up face to face, then Skype is the best solution to that!
During our wedding meeting, we will talk about the fun details, ceremony, time schedule and locations. After the meeting, we will have a wonderful pre-wedding shoot, where we can discuss what feel natural for you and your partner. The best place is actually shoot where you are getting married but I understand it’s not always possible to get access there. After the wedding meeting, we have built a core for the wedding photographs and that is one awesome place to start! I’m here to help and I love to get to know you guys and what is important for you so I can capture those pictures with your loved ones on your big day!
Booking
- Booking fee is 35% of the wedding package.
- I will send you an invoice that need to be paid in 14 days, this is a guarantee that you have booked me on that date and I will not take any more bookings on that specific date. If I get another request for the same date, first come first served based. As soon I see your booking fee is paid, I'm all yours!
- The fee is for booking of travel expenses, meeting before your wedding day, test shoots, signing contract and planning for your big day etc.
Cancellation
In worst case scenario, you need to cancel the wedding. The full booking fee of 35% will be paid back, that is if the wedding is cancelled more than three months before the actual wedding date.
Contract
When we have our wedding meeting, we go through the contract, making sure that we understand each other and that you feel secure of everything before, during and after the wedding. I show how the online album works and look like. After the meeting, we talk about locations to shoot the wedding portraits and also backup location if something would happen like bad weather.
You will always have free access to your pictures and they will be in an online album that will be active in 5 years. In this album, you can share with your love ones or keeping private. It works for every device and can be downloaded whenever, where ever you are.
The pictures are always edited, color profile sRGB and 3000 x 4500 pixels.
Backup
During wedding I always shoot with two cameras and different lenses. I have a public liability insurance that covers me everywhere.
If for some reason we can’t shoot the wedding pictures on the location we decided (example bad weather), I always have back up plans where we can shoot instead. On our wedding meeting, we talk about possible locations to shoot at.
Right after the wedding, I always back up the wedding pictures on hard drives. Being safe and secure with my equipment and your pictures is very important for me. I never delete wedding pictures from my memory cards until I have back the wedding pictures up on hard drives.
